4. Discount Codes and Vouchers

• Discount codes and promotional vouchers are not valid on already discounted or sale items.

• Only one discount code or voucher can be applied per order.

• Vouchers are valid for 30 days from the date of issuance unless stated otherwise.

• Vouchers and codes have no cash value and cannot be exchanged or refunded.

• Misuse or suspected abuse of discount codes may result in the cancellation of the order or deactivation of the voucher.

We aim to process and dispatch all orders promptly. Estimated delivery times are provided at checkout but are not guaranteed. We are not liable for delays caused by shipping carriers or customs clearance processes.

6. Returns and Exchanges

We accept returns of unused products within 30 days of delivery, subject to the following conditions:

• Products that show signs of use, wear, or damage caused by the buyer will not be eligible for return or refund.

• All returned items must be in original packaging and condition.

• Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or incorrect.
